- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicists, software engineers, and data scientists.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for next-gen AI infrastructure.
- Conduct research and implement novel algorithms to solve unsolvable problems.
- Mentor senior engineering talent and foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Computational Mathematics.
- 10+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or High-Performance Computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-pressure environments.
