- Develop predictive models using quantum-enhanced neural networks
- Optimize quantum computing resources for industrial-scale AI workloads
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum-AI integration across sectors

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing quantum algorithms on platforms like IBM Quantum or Rigetti
- Expertise in Python/C++ with quantum libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) and ML frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Experience with NISQ-era hardware optimization and error mitigation
- Strong background in tensor networks and variational quantum eigensolvers
- Proven track record of leading quantum-AI integration projects
