Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum machine learning models
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum-optimized algorithms in production environments
- Conduct research in quantum neural network optimization techniques
- Create integration frameworks for legacy systems with quantum computing platforms
- Author technical documentation and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles and best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI/ML development with Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Ability to obtain US government security clearance (required)
