Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop quantum machine learning algorithms with 1000+ qubit processors
- Create quantum-secure communication protocols for distributed AI systems
- Optimize neural network training using quantum annealing techniques
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum-AI proof-of-concepts
- Research and mitigate quantum decoherence in real-time inference systems
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption standards for AI data pipelines
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) with quantum extensions
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Experience with cryogenic quantum computing systems and control electronics
- Strong background in cryptographic protocols and quantum key distribution
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for executive and technical stakeholders
