Responsibilities

- Secure $5M+ in federal research grants and industry partnerships
- Drive commercialization of quantum AI solutions in finance and healthcare
- Mentor PhD candidates and publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (post-doc preferred)
- 5+ years of experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record in neural network optimization and algorithm design
- Expertise in error correction for noisy intermediate-scale quantum systems
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
