Our mission: Develop fault-tolerant quantum neural networks capable of solving previously unsolvable problems in materials science, climate modeling, and drug discovery. Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum AI frameworks leveraging superposition and entanglement principles
- Lead R&D for quantum-classical hybrid computing architectures
- Develop error-correction protocols for practical quantum neural networks
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize algorithm-hardware integration
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science and secure DARPA grants
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
- Drive intellectual property strategy for quantum AI innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of tensor networks and quantum information theory
- Track record of securing federal research grants (> $1M)
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
