- Secure and manage $5M+ in research grants and strategic partnerships
- Present findings at global tech forums and publish in Nature/Science journals
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible quantum-AI deployment
- Mentor PhD researchers and patent novel quantum-AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Physics with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier quantum/AI journals
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Experience securing $3M+ in research grants from NSF/DARPA/NIH
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum circuit design
