Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (10+ years industry experience)
- Published research in top-tier quantum/AI conferences (NeurIPS, QIP)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms and circuit design
- Proven track record of securing research funding
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
