Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems
- Drive research in quantum-resistant cryptography and post-quantum security protocols
- Partner with government agencies to establish 2026 technology governance standards
- Present findings at global forums like the World Economic Forum and IEEE Quantum Week
- Secure $5M+ in research grants from NSF, DARPA, and private sector partners
- Mentor PhD candidates and publish in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier journals (h-index >25)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and NISQ-era algorithm optimization
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF/DARPA preferred)
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
