Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning frameworks for real-world optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical AI systems
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and industry whitepapers
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate algorithms into practical quantum applications
- Develop proprietary quantum neural network architectures for pattern recognition
- Secure patents for novel quantum AI methodologies and computational approaches
- Mentor junior researchers through our Quantum Fellowship Initiative
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and information theory
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into functional prototypes
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
