Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for 2026-era AI applications
- Lead breakthrough research in quantum machine learning architectures
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum error correction protocols
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for quantum neural network training
- Author peer-reviewed publications and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing best practices
- Secure $5M+ in government and private research grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Expertise in high-performance computing (HPC) environments
- Strong track record of securing research funding
