Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for complex predictive modeling

- Develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols for next-gen security systems
- Author white papers and patents on quantum AI advancements
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in top-tier journals
- Partner with hardware teams to optimize quantum-AI hybrid systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics with 3+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and AI frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, or D-Wave)
- Strong background in neural network optimization and high-dimensional data processing
- Track record of translating theoretical research into commercial applications
- Expertise in ethical AI development and bias mitigation
