Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms for complex system optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Conduct advanced research in quantum neural networks and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals and present at global tech symposiums
- Collaborate with industry partners to commercialize quantum-AI applications
- Mentor junior researchers and drive open-source quantum-AI initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with quantum algorithms and AI/ML frameworks
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and Python-based AI stacks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong track record of translating theoretical concepts into practical implementations
