Responsibilities
- Lead R&D on quantum machine learning algorithms for next-gen AI systems
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical architectures for real-world applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction
- Strong background in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and CUDA
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (Rigetti, IonQ, D-Wave)
- Proven track record of translating theoretical concepts to practical applications
