Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-AI hybrid systems using Qiskit and TensorFlow Quantum frameworks
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Design neuromorphic quantum interfaces for real-time data processing
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in quantum machine learning
- Optimize quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale cloud deployment
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum-AI methodologies
- Collaborate with ISO 27001-certified security teams for quantum-safe protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms with IBM Q or Microsoft Quantum
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubit design
- Published research in Nature Quantum or IEEE Transactions on Quantum Engineering
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum libraries (Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum neural network architectures
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Security clearance for DOE quantum projects preferred
