- Drive innovation workshops to translate foresight insights into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global forums
- Oversee the development of AI-driven trend-forecasting tools
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in corporate foresight, innovation strategy, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into tangible business outcomes
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar)
