Responsibilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-AI computing systems for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum machine learning algorithms leveraging 2026 hardware capabilities
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Design quantum-resistant security protocols for next-gen infrastructure
- Research and implement novel quantum error correction techniques
- Create performance benchmarks for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum-AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and AI/ML frameworks
- Experience with quantum hardware providers (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex R&D initiatives
- Strong background in computational complexity theory
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
