Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI architectures for complex system optimization
- Develop novel quantum machine learning algorithms leveraging QML and NISQ processors
- Create error-mitigation protocols for quantum neural networks at scale
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI applications for industry partners
- Research and integrate emerging quantum computing advancements into production systems
- Document quantum-AI system architectures and publish breakthrough research findings

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum simulation environments
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era quantum hardware limitations and optimization techniques
