Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for machine learning acceleration
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum neural network architectures
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum-coherent systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum chip interfaces
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable business solutions
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum-AI integration methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware integration
- Expertise in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or topological quantum computing
- Experience with quantum error correction codes (surface codes, color codes)
- Strong background in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Proven track record of shipping production quantum systems
- Security clearance preferred for government-contracted projects
