What You'll Achieve:

Responsibilities

- Optimize quantum circuit designs for hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Validate algorithm performance through quantum simulation and hardware testing
- Document technical specifications and publish peer-reviewed research
- Mentor junior engineers on quantum computing principles
- Stay current with NISQ-era hardware limitations and algorithmic workarounds
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Publication record in quantum computing or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex mathematical concepts into code
- Knowledge of quantum error correction protocols (surface codes, LDPC)
