Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for large-scale systems
- Create strategic roadmaps for quantum-classical hybrid computing solutions
- Secure $10M+ in research grants and industry partnerships
- Mentor next-generation quantum researchers through our Future Fellowship program
- Pioneering work in topological qubit stabilization techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum information theory
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science/Physical Review X)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance protocols
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Experience securing government or corporate research funding
- Strong background in cryogenic quantum system integration
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into scalable implementations
