Responsibilities

- Translate quantum research into patentable commercial solutions
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum chip specifications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent venues
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware constraints (superconducting, photonic)
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum security
