Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum error correction protocol development and testing
- Collaborate with NASA and academic partners on quantum aerospace simulations
- Develop quantum security frameworks for next-gen cryptography
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to executive stakeholders
- Drive open-source quantum software contributions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Proven experience with superconducting qubit systems or photonic quantum processors
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
