Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures with 1000+ qubit scalability
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for real-world industrial applications
- Integrate quantum accelerators with classical HPC systems

- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Translate quantum research into enterprise-grade solutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience)
- 3+ years designing quantum systems with demonstrated qubit coherence >100ms

- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent conferences
