Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum processors for industrial-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for 2026-era AI models
- Lead quantum cryptography protocols resistant to future decryption threats
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and error correction
- Design quantum algorithms for climate modeling and drug discovery breakthroughs
- Present quantum roadmaps to Fortune 500 partners and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubit systems
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or hardware
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor integration
- Demonstrated ability to translate quantum theory into commercial applications
- Clearance for DOE/NIST quantum security protocols preferred
