Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization and cryptography
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum processor integration
- Develop quantum software frameworks for enterprise clients
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum error correction
- Mentor junior quantum engineers on emerging protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing research
- Published research in Nature/Science journals preferred
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
- Strong background in complex algorithm design
- Excellent presentation skills for technical audiences
