Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging superconducting qubits and topological quantum systems
- Develop error-correction frameworks to achieve fault-tolerant quantum operations at scale
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing workflows for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (photonic, ion-trap, etc.) into production systems
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Partner with academic institutions to advance quantum computing research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulators
