Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Create quantum security protocols for next-generation blockchain networks
- Mentor quantum engineering teams in advanced algorithm implementation
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on quantum simulation for aerospace applications
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Quantum or IEEE journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing architecture or algorithm design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
