Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for industrial-scale applications
- Develop quantum algorithms solving optimization problems in materials science and AI
- Lead cross-functional teams integrating quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Establish quantum security protocols for 2026's decentralized networks
- Drive quantum cloud platform architecture and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Collaborate with academia to advance quantum error correction techniques
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction methodologies
- Proven track record building scalable quantum systems with 100+ qubit coherence
- Deep knowledge of quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor integration and control systems
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum hardware optimization
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing architectures
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST quantum standards)
