Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with >10,000 qubit coherence
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing interfaces for enterprise solutions
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for real-world industrial applications
- Architect cryogenic control systems operating at 10mK temperatures
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-classical interfaces
- Publish research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or superconducting qubit design
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC, etc.)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in quantum computing or related fields
- Familiarity with cryogenic engineering and microwave control systems
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary technical teams
