Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for real-world problem-solving
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit integration and coherence enhancement
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen encryption systems
- Quantify quantum advantage metrics for industry-specific use cases
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and strategic partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related computational field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum architecture
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Demonstrated ability to translate quantum concepts into business value
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
