Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems for commercial applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with physics teams to translate quantum algorithms into hardware implementations
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Research and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Define technical roadmaps for quantum computing product development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance techniques
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel systems
- Published research in quantum computing or top-tier tech conferences
- Demonstrated experience translating theoretical concepts into production systems
