Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processor architectures for 2026 deployment targets
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm research for optimization and simulation domains
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control systems and error correction
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum principles and applications
- File patents for novel quantum computing methodologies and architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Proficiency in QASM, Qiskit, and quantum circuit optimization tools
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or photonic quantum processors
- Strong background in complexity theory and quantum algorithm design
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
