Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world problem-solving
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration
- Implement quantum error correction protocols at scale
- Drive R&D initiatives in topological qubit systems
- Collaborate with academia and industry on quantum security frameworks
- Optimize quantum circuits for NISQ-era and fault-tolerant quantum processors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware architecture
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and metrics
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into actionable business solutions
