Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead R&D for quantum error correction algorithms and optimization protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for 2026 industry challenges
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or error correction models
- Proficiency in Q#, Qiskit, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or photonic quantum processors
- Published research in IEEE Transactions on Quantum Engineering or Nature Physics
- Strong background in topological quantum field theory or quantum machine learning
- US citizenship or permanent residency required for security clearance
