Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Develop error correction protocols for 10,000+ qubit systems
- Create hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for AI optimization and drug discovery
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and ML specialists
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen blockchain applications
- Author white papers on quantum supremacy benchmarks and industry roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and control electronics
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning frameworks
