Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems for enterprise clients in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to optimize computational workflows
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Collaborate with hardware teams to design quantum processors with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum technology symposiums
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish research in Nature Physics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (exceptional MS candidates with 5+ years experience considered)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum cryptography and quantum machine learning
- Deep understanding of superconducting qubit architectures and cryogenic systems
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in high-performance computing and parallel processing
