Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and topological systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum algorithms for machine learning applications
- Optimize quantum circuits for real-world problem-solving in finance and healthcare
- Create quantum security frameworks for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Publish research in leading journals and contribute to open-source quantum platforms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction codes
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quipper)
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware integration
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Knowledge of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerance strategies
