Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum entanglement or superconducting qubits
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond 50 qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, surface-17)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum computing hardware
- Strong Python/C++ programming for quantum simulators
