Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop quantum algorithms optimized for real-time financial modeling and drug discovery
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Collaborate with R&D to advance quantum error correction protocols
- Establish quantum security frameworks for blockchain and encryption systems
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper)
- Publish breakthrough research in IEEE Transactions on Quantum Engineering
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing with proven hardware integration experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and compiler optimization
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and topological qubits
- Published research in quantum algorithm development
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
