Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuit architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world deployment
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for pharmaceutical and materials science applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to mitigate decoherence in 100+ qubit systems
- Create quantum security protocols resistant to next-gen cryptographic threats
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum error correction techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Proficiency with quantum simulators and hardware validation tools
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures
- Strong track record of translating theoretical concepts to practical solutions
- Ability to secure SBIR/STTR grants for quantum innovation projects
