Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting and photonic qubit systems
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving >99.9% fidelity for commercial quantum applications
- Create hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for enterprise optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum algorithms for finance, logistics, and drug discovery
- Collaborate with academic institutions to publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen blockchain systems
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computational theory and practical implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (e.g., Quantum Information & Computation)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical HPC frameworks
- Proven track record in building fault-tolerant quantum systems with >100 qubit coherence
- Strong background in quantum error correction and topological quantum computing
- Experience securing venture funding for quantum technology initiatives
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level quantum control systems
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning and variational algorithms
