Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for NISQ-era hardware and fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for real-world optimization problems
- Lead quantum system architecture planning integrating photonic and superconducting qubits
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to cryptanalytic attacks
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and quantum error correction
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish in leading journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in complex algorithm design and computational complexity
