Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems with fault-tolerant interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for industrial-scale deployment
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance
- Drive quantum security implementations for next-gen cryptography
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum computing conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum software development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum information theory and quantum error correction
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum annealing and superconducting qubit technologies
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing frameworks
