Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing systems with 99.99% fidelity
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing error-correction protocols
- Secure $5M+ in government/industry grants for quantum research
- Publish breakthrough findings in Nature Physics or Science
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
- Collaborate with cryptography teams on quantum-resistant security frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum hardware (e.g., IBM Q, Rigetti)
