Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms and error-corrected circuits for 1000+ qubit systems
- Develop hybrid cloud-native quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Lead quantum hardware-software co-design initiatives with partner labs
- Create quantum security protocols for next-gen blockchain networks
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through our proprietary training program
- Present quarterly quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Proven ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with quantum hardware (Rigetti, IBM, IonQ) integration
