Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Create hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead quantum software development teams using Qiskit and Cirq
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors
- Translate quantum solutions into industry-specific applications
- Publish research in Nature Physics and IEEE journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault tolerance
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Q, Rigetti)
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
