Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum hardware architectures with >1000 qubit coherence
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Create hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise clients
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for practical business applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system integration
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Publish research in leading quantum computing journals and conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong background in quantum algorithms (Shor, Grover, VQE)
- Published research in quantum computing or related field
- Demonstrated ability to translate quantum theory into practical solutions
