Responsibilities
- Architect quantum computing systems optimized for error correction and scalability
- Lead R&D initiatives for quantum-resistant cryptography implementations
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise AI applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Create quantum software development kits (SDKs) for developer ecosystem
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary quantum algorithms
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or research
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting or ion-trap quantum hardware
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
