Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-resistant security protocols
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware technologies
- Design fault-tolerant quantum error correction frameworks
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to develop quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Present technical roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or high-performance computing
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware limitations and scalability challenges
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
